Charles Augustine Vaughan Butler
Butler's son
Charles Augustus was born in 1857, third son of George Butler and Josephine Grey. He married Margaret Talbot in 1897. They had a house in Devon and both of their children were born there. Charles worked as a mining engineer and travelled widely, he worked in South Africa and Western Australia before moving to British Columbia in 1904. Some of his descendants still live in Canada.
