Carlo Alessandro Puri Negri ( Genoa , 11 July 1952 ) is an Italian entrepreneur and business manager . After studying at the University of Milan , he tried his hand at acting studying with Giorgio Strehler at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan and making his stage debut with Franco Parenti and playing a film role in Ash Wednesday alongside Henry Fonda , Elizabeth Taylor , Helmut Berger , then for two years (from 1975 to 1977) he held the role of producer at the Venice Biennale , for ten years (from 1977 to 1987) he held various positions in the L'Espresso and Mondadori groups(television, marketing and advertising). In 1988 he was director of Carignano SpA, a real estate company.
